I kinda missed focus but i'm not too worried about it for this one. This was sort of a "grab n go" shot of my girlfriend. I want to start doing portraits but really don't have adequate lighting. windows in my apartment are too small as well.

For day 9 i took a picture of my keyboard. I'm definitely more into the exploration style of photography. Unfortunately i live in the real world and don't usually have time to drive out in the country or around town to find something interesting to photograph, so i'm finding myself looking around my apartment for opportunities.
Here is another product style shot, this time of my Oakley shades. I still need to work on angles as far as lights and reflections go. Right now im working with an extremely limited space so there was not much space to change angles.
An old art project from high school. All from a fountain pen, probably going to add color with photoshop.
Had family over today so i only had time to make a quick product style shot of some cologne I got for Christmas.
It is Christmas day so i decided to do something with Christmas lights. This is one of the shots from my first night out making orbs. The first shot i took has a better composition, however there was too much light in the backround and part of the orb isn't visible. I am definitely ready for a new camera with better noise performance. This shot is very noisy when you look at it up close and i was only at an ISO of 100. I have done much longer exposures with much less noise, so i'm not
I've been craving a night time cityscape for a long time but don't really have a good place to go to get one. Tonight i thought i'd test out this spot. Its at a parking garage that is next to the Texas Tech football stadium. I didn't really get the result i had pictured but then again its Christmas eve, so there wasn't much traffic.
Didn't really have a lot of time today to get out and take pictures so some dew on the window will have to do for today.
I have decided to start a 365 project. It involves taking at least one picture every day for a year. Usually the main motivating factor behind a 365 project is to improve skill, creativity, and to keep track of your progression as a photographer. This is an old building across the street from a park. Lots of mixed signals with this building. I'm still not sure what it was originally.
